Dave has over 20 years experience in Telecommunications and has held a variety of roles including, Director of Business Development & Sales, Commercial Manager, Head of Product Development, Client Director and Design Engineer. Dave joined BT in 2001 as Head of Channel Management for the Mobile Sector across Europe and took up his role as Managing Director of BT Ireland Wholesale in Nov 2011. Dave has a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Postgrad qualification in Business Management.

Canice has over 25 years of Fixed and Mobile Telecommunications experience having spent 18 years with Nortel and joining BT Ireland Wholesale in 2006 . Canice has played a leading business development role in many of BT Ireland’s strategic contract wins over the last 5 years. Canice now leads the Wireless Infrastructure Team who specialise in the Design, Engineering, Implementation and Operational Support of Wireless and Mobile Networks. During 2009/10 Canice lead the National Broadband Scheme contract win with Hutchison 3G Ireland and subsequently lead the delivery of 389 Mobile Access Network Sites within the contract timelines. More recently Canice has played a leading role in the development and sale of Total Transmission products to over 200 Hutchison 3G sites and is leading a strategic project to deliver last mile access products through Mobile Networks.

David joined Digifone / O2 in 2000 after completing fifteen years with IBM Ireland in a variety of Account and Product Management and Systems Engineering roles. Within O2 Ireland as Head of Technology Operations David was responsible for the day to day operations of all customer facing Networks and Products, as well as Enterprise IT systems including Billing. As business sponsor for the Enigma programme, David had responsibility for completing the end to end swap of the O2 Ireland core and access network.

David, a graduate of UCD, has B Comm and Master of Business Studies degrees. He has worked in various BT ventures for 15 years, including 12 years in BT Ireland. Prior to his current role David headed up the BT Global Services Global Bilateral and Cost Team which was responsible for delivering the cost base of BT Groups international Traffic. David heads up business development and wholesale voice.

Frank joined BT in 1973 as an Apprentice Engineer. He has a wide and varied background and in 1991 Frank was appointed Marketing Manager for BT (Ireland) Worldwide which was BT's 1st forage into the Republic of Ireland - cumulating in the joint venture with the ESB. Following the launch of Ocean, Frank returned to Northern Ireland and with the advent of broadband, Frank was appointed Head of Broadband, BTNI and led the team that was responsible for Northern Ireland achieving 100% broadband availability and delivery of the highest growth rates across the UK. Frank is now Head of Wholesale Sales and Services.

Mairead McSweeney joined BT in August 1999 as a Customer Service Project Manager and since then she has moved through various roles within BT Ireland. Mairead joined the Wholesale Team in June 2007 and is responsible for the development of Business Plans, setting standards and procedures through Business Improvement initiatives and driving operational effectiveness for Wholesale.
